Returns, shipping and logistics

Use this page as the first stop for order questions. For a specific order or wholesale shipment, include your order number, destination country and product type when contacting us.

Returns and exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery if the product is unused, clean and in its original packaging. Custom OEM / ODM samples and private label items are handled separately based on written confirmation.

Shipping time

Standard delivery time depends on the destination country and selected service. Most retail orders are prepared quickly after payment confirmation, and bulk orders follow the confirmed production and packing schedule.

Logistics tracking

After dispatch, we send tracking information by email when the carrier provides it. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the parcel is scanned.

Shipping cost

Free shipping is available for orders over 50 EUR where supported. For remote destinations, bulk shipments or special courier requests, shipping cost is confirmed before payment or quotation approval.

Wrong size or fit issue

If the insole feels too long, compare it with the original shoe insole and trim gradually. If the size is clearly wrong, contact us with your order number and shoe size before using the product.

Payment confirmation

After successful payment, the site sends customers to the Thank You page. You should also receive an order confirmation email with the next steps.

OEM / ODM orders

For wholesale, private label or sample requests, send product category, material preference, size range, order quantity, destination market and packaging requirements.
